The Power of Words

The power lies in what you tell yourself everyday.

The messages you’ve received by others over the years shaped your beliefs about yourself.

These beliefs were about your worthiness, value, abilities and those messages were influenced by others’ beliefs about their worthiness, value and abilities about themselves.

These beliefs then manifest into the actions you take and the habits you create.

If you’re not aware of messages that are shaping your behavior, you are taking action not on what you want, but you’re living someone else’s beliefs about you.

This undermines your own desires and dreams for what you want in life.

While those neural pathways are formed and some of them repeated heavily, it doesn’t mean you are powerless to change your habits and beliefs about yourself.

Changing how you think about yourself and how you move in this world does require you to be present to the words you say and the behaviors you do and the willingness to be vulnerable in your authenticity.

While at times it’s not a walk in the park, but the effort you put in can be transformational for you.

You can change who you are, but it does start with you believing you can do it!

Support is here if you would like someone in your corner who will walk with you on your expansion into freedom, joy and letting go.
