Shadow of Shame

Shame’s job is to keep you small.

To keep you alienated and isolated so it can take over.

Shame is insipid and inhibits you from making changes in your life.

When you shine a light on feelings of shame and guilt and you’re met with connection with compassionate people, shame cannot exist.

Connecting with others who see you and can hold space for you is healing and can transmute shame into you making empowered choices.

It can feel challenging to share what’s showing up for you, but when you do with someone you trust, you invite in more freedom into your life.

Everyday, you can take a step to change something that is holding you back.

You deserve it!

If you desire support in making a 1% change today, reach out and discover how I can support you in your transformation!
